Original Bf 109 instrument panel parts

Beitrag von baturavgan »

Hello,

I have the instrument panel remains of Bf 109G-14/AS, WNr 461200 "Yellow 13" of 15./JG 4, which was shot down during Operation Bodenplatte. Though the 461200 was built in the second half of 1944, it still had the standard completely milled main instrument panel and the "early" 4-bolt steel träger bracket in a late-war träger.

I believe such small parts provide a lot of information about the evolution of the instrument panels and this is what I am very much interested. Therefore, I am looking for photos of such pieces removed from crash sites or found in collections. If any of you have such relics of Bf 109 instrument panels (plywood or aluminum), can you please let me know?

Regards,

batur

PS: A gentleman from the previous deutscheluftwaffe forum sent me several such parts years ago. Unfortunaltely, I lost his contact details. If he is a member of this forum, I would love to know who he was because I want to send some parts to him.

the changeover took place between 1942/43
I still have a picture of the 27 134 a G-6 and 781 188 a G-14
K I already have leftovers in my hand, everything is the same as your photo.
There is also a G-4 with a wooden board
